TABC to hold Stakeholder Meeting to discuss draft rules on Oct. 8

Joined TABC by videoconference Thursday, Oct. 8, 10-11 a.m. CDT to discuss a draft new rule and a draft amendment to a marketing practices advisory.

This meeting will be held online. Please register through Zoom and save your confirmation email for further instructions on joining the meeting.

TABC intends to place the draft rule(s) on a future commission meeting agenda so TABC's commissioners can vote on whether to formally propose the rule(s) and publish them in the Texas Register for public comment. After publication in the Register and a 30-day formal comment period has lapsed, TABC's commissioners may vote on whether to adopt the proposed rule(s) at a subsequent commission meeting.

1. Register through Zoom for the Oct. 8 meeting.
2. Receive a confirmation email from Zoom and save its instructions for joining the meeting.
3. On Oct. 8, follow the instructions in your confirmation email to join the meeting.

If you don't receive a confirmation email with meeting instructions after signing up through Zoom, please email stakeholder@tabc.texas.gov.
